The app
JustYards Golf GPS is covered by Apple's standard license agreement for App Store apps.
Distances are estimates from GPS and mapped course data. They may be wrong or out of date. Check the course markers when it matters, and never use JustYards to decide whether it is safe to hit. The app is provided as is, without a promise that every course, green or distance is complete or correct. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
The course data
The course data has its own license, the Open Database License 1.0. These terms do not reduce what that license lets you do. See data and license.

The text, design and app icon on justyards.app belong to HCut Labs LLC. You may link to any page. The site is provided as is, and the information on it may change without notice.
